Vegan Cookies and Cream Malt
I used part of the pandemic to try and perfect the vegan malt. Malts are different than traditional milkshakes. The main difference is that a malt is a milkshake made with malted milk or malted milk chocolate. So to make this vegan seems impossible. However when you discover that malted milk is simply made from adding malted grain to milk, it becomes more doable. So for all you malt lovers out there, I hope you enjoy this vegan version!

Ingredients
- 2 cups of vegan vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of plant based milk of your choice
- 4 tsp of malt
- 2 chocolate creme sandwich cookies

Add to the blender the following ingredients: vegan ice cream, vegan milk, malt, 2 cookies.

Blend thoroughly. If the malt is too thick, add a little bit of milk to loosen it up. If it gets too loose, add a spoonful of ice cream to firm it up.

Put the cookies in a ziplock bag and smash them up. Add half to the malt and mix it up, add the other half to cover the top.
